Emergency service for existing customers
Our emergency service is aimed at existing customers of Halef Haustechnik. This allows us to help quickly and effectively in an emergency, because we often already know the systems, properties or previous work.
When you call, please have the following information ready if possible:
- Your name
- Your address
- A short description of the problem
- Whether heating or plumbing is affected
- Since when the fault has existed
- Whether water is escaping or there is acute damage
