Retrofitting underfloor heating milled into the screed
Underfloor heating added later – milled directly into the existing screed.
Starting point
In an existing building, underfloor heating was to be added without rebuilding the entire floor. The job called for a solution that integrates well into the existing screed.
Solution
We milled the heating circuits directly into the existing screed and laid the heating pipes into the milled channels. This creates full-surface underfloor heating without significantly changing the floor build-up height.
Result
The result is even, pleasant warmth from the floor – retrofitted without a costly complete rebuild of the floor.
